100 Days. 100,000 Online Courses. What Really Happened.

When I launched my challenge to sell 100,000 online courses in 100 days, I knew it sounded crazy. That was the point.

I wanted to show what’s possible when you combine mindset, belief, action - and a mission bigger than yourself.

The plan was simple: help 100,000 people overcome their limiting beliefs and, as a result, fund over 10 million polio vaccinations for children through Rotary (I pledged 75% of my sales after VAT to their PolioPlus programme, meaning over 100 vaccinations per course sold).

I didn’t reach the goal. Not even close.

But here’s the truth: it wasn’t because the goal was impossible. It was absolutely achievable.

It simply would have required different actions from me. More time, more visibility, more sacrifice.

And I made conscious choices along the way.

What I learned

When I’ve pulled off “impossible” things before, I wasn’t yet a mom. I underestimated how much I’d want to protect time with my daughter, even after long days running my business.

I also had more client work than anticipated. I don’t cancel on clients - ever. They trusted me, and I showed up. But it left little energy for consistently showing up online.

And one of my core assumptions going into this challenge was that people are naturally curious. I believed that if I shared the journey up close, openly and vulnerable, momentum would follow. But the truth is, I wasn’t willing to share as much of myself on social media as that strategy required. Not because I was afraid, but because I wasn’t willing to give everything. And that’s a boundary I honour.

So no, the failure to reach the goal wasn’t about bad luck or lack of support. Some people I expected to back it didn’t, but others surprised me and stepped in with heart and generosity. I learned a lot about people. About visibility. About trust.

And I learned a lot about me.

It was never just about the 100 days

This challenge wasn’t a marketing gimmick or a personal ego trip. I created the Beyond Limitscourse because I’ve seen, time and time again, that people’s biggest limitations aren’t external - they’re internal.

What they believe about themselves. What they think is “realistic.” What they think they’re allowed to want. I’ve spent years helping clients break those patterns - and when they do, new business strategies suddenly work. Relationships change. Results shift.

That’s the magic I wanted to put into the hands of 100,000 people.

And that’s still the goal.

I'm not done. I'm just getting started.

The feedback from those who have taken the course has been incredibly positive. I know it’s changing lives. And I know it can still fund millions of polio vaccinations through Rotary.

So the timeline? It’s shifted. But the mission? Still clear. Still burning.

This project is something I’ll continue on the side of my main business, a tailored offering of combining strategy with psychology to unlock potential, de-risk investments, and maximise value.

This wasn't a detour. It’s part of my purpose. And honestly? If I hadn’t set the 100-day deadline, I wouldn’t have made this much progress - we already enabled thousands of vaccines! The timeline gave me urgency, structure, and drive. It was my personal MBA x3. And I’d do it again.

Final thoughts

Jimmy Donaldson, "Mr Beast", creator of the world's biggest YouTube channel and a big philanthropist, recently said something that stuck with me:

"People don’t believe anyone is doing good anymore. If you try, they assume you have a hidden motive."

I didn’t realise how true that was. And while I can't control what people assume, I can keep doing good. Loudly, consistently, and with heart.

So here I am. Still going. Still dreaming big. Still believing in the power of thought, action, and unapologetically human ambition.

To those of you who supported me - thank you. To those who’ve taken the course - I'm proud of you. And to those still on the fence?

This is your sign.

Because everything can change with a single decision to believe in what's possible.
